Job Description

About the role

Uber is looking to further build out its performance marketing team with a paid social marketing manager to help grow the North America region.  The ideal person for this role has had a very clear paid social background and knows how to stay ahead of industry trends.

 What You'll Do:

  • Manage full-cycle execution of paid social acquisition, re-engagement, and brand campaigns across Facebook, Twitter, and other social channels
  • Collaborate cross-functionally for large scale initiatives
  • Constantly testing - A/B test landing pages, ad copy, alpha/beta features, etc.
  • Keep on the cutting edge with paid social best practices and strategies
  • Work closely with Facebook & Twitter teams to develop and test new ad formats, targeting strategies, etc.
  • Contribute to other team projects and initiatives, remaining flexible and willing to contribute

 

What You'll Need:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in paid social performance marketing. Strong MAI and MAE knowledge a plus
  • Excellent analytical skills with multivariate testing experience
  • Ability to set goals and execute under tight deadlines
  • Experience thriving in a fast-paced, growing environment
  • An understanding of the nuances of the supply/demand side of a marketplace
  • An understanding of mobile tracking and measurement
  • SQL knowledge a plus
