Job Description

About the Role


As a Regional Email Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing strategies and resources for our marketing team to scale engaging and effective email campaigns within Asia Pacific. With the use of data to design the strategy for regional programs, you will get the opportunity to work closely with our in country marketing teams as well as other regional support functions.


What You'll Do


  • Develop email marketing strategies that engage users across the region and the globe
  • Manage the schedule of content and email deployment
  • Optimize user response and actively manage email lists
  • Generate, analyze, and interpret data for email campaigns
  • Work cross functionally to create and launch strategic ad hoc campaigns
  • Build structures, process, and guidance for local marketing teams operating throughout the region


What You'll Need


  • Minimum of 5 years experience creating and launching email campaigns
  • Experience using leading ESP such as ExactTarget, Responsys, CheetahMail, Campaign Monitor, or similar platform
  • Experience creating and sending large-scale email campaigns
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong knowledge of HTML / CSS
  • Familiarity with CRM or other forms of database management
  • Significant experience with email analytics, testing, and optimization


About the team


The Regional Customer Relationship Management team is responsible for the definition and implementation of automated tools and processes to deliver driver, rider and eater communication throughout their lifecycle.  Through experimentation and collaboration our team pilots new mechanisms, produces campaigns, oversees cross-channel execution, tracks performance, creates data flows for campaign automation and provides input on global technology plans to ensure support of APAC’s needs.
