About the Role
As a Greenlight Manager, you will lead your team of Customer Experts in building a best in class customer service experience. From onboarding partners to building a connection between Uber and the driver community, you will have the opportunity to impact the growth of our business in Hanoi as well as the larger region. Working closely with the city General Manager, Community Operations Lead and Senior Operations Managers, this is a great opportunity to continuously improve process, engagement, communication and satisfaction metrics.
