About the Role

 

As a Greenlight Supervisor you will be responsible for building a network of in-person driver-partner support centers.  From managing the day-to-day operations of the Center to leading a team of Uber Experts, you will be an example of how to build a strong relationship with our partners in your city while supporting their operational needs.  Being an integral part of our growth, through process improvements, experimentation and working with our partners, you will gain valuable experience in building and running our business in Hanoi.

What You'll Do

 

  • Support the daily operations of our Greenlight Center
  • Handle escalations of more difficult support interactions
  • Manage scheduling, attendance, and general administration of Uber Experts
  • Train, coach, and guide Experts to drive quality and efficiency metrics
  • Own facility issues such as supplies, utilities, and branding
  • Improve processes on behalf of Uber Experts and partners
  • Actively contribute to the regional GL program through various projects

 

What You'll Need

 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 2yrs of relevant experience
  • Can handle complex customer problems and maintain composure
  • Experience mentoring or coaching a team on performance
  • Ability to use metrics and data to guide your decisions

 

Bonus Points If

 

  • Previous sales experience preferred
  • Customer support team management experience preferred
