Job Description

About the Role


As a Strategy & Planning, you will help with the strategic business planning process and projects across different geographies and product lines. You will also develop financial models and presentations to communicate strategic plans and visions, report on weekly/monthly/quarterly results and opportunities, author strategic initiatives, explore complex business issues, partners, competitive, and market analyses, organize key strategic meetings with different teams, and develop respective action plans.




  • Ensure key leadership meetings and team summits are planned, orchestrated and followed-up fluidly
  • Map out current ways of working across marketing roles and cross-functional interdependencies. Identify areas for improvement, implement changes and manage process adherence
  • Orchestrate marketing planning cycles at the mega-regional and local level
  • Set-up and execute projects of strategic significance to LatAm marketing leadership
  • Execute rapid and flawless strategic analyses to help guide prioritization and decision making by LatAm marketing leadership
  • Act as project lead for special initiatives pulling various cross-functional groups together
  • Manage the central Marketing budget
  • Help build and manage cohesive knowledge- and best-practice sharing across the region
  • Communicate the Marketing strategy internally; be a resource for team members to understand and uphold the overarching strategy
  • Act as POC for central marketing for other S&P leads across the business



  • Understanding of the market and domestic competition for UberEats across LatAm
  • At least 6 years experience in strategic marketing, corporate planning or top tier strategy consulting firms.
  • Experience in leading innovative initiatives that meet and exceed business and financial goals; critical thinking, excellent analysis, and problem-solving skills.
  • Focus on the big picture and unifying team members and marketing initiatives around core brand goals and strategic goals.
  • Excellent ‘deck building’ skills
  • Demonstrated experience as a strategist with engaging skills in verbal, written, and visual communications.
