About the Role
As an APACx Claims Advocate, you will investigate reports of accidents and/or incidents that occur throughout the region. While providing a white glove customer service experience, you will work with our third-party business partners. In collaboration with regional leadership, our advocates get the opportunity to establish action plans based on case facts, standard methodologies, protocols, regulatory issues and available resources.
