About the Team

Uber for Business builds products to make Uber the default choice for their business transportation needs at the employee, company, and customer level. Our business clients are an important audience for all of our products from our business platform that allows companies to easily adopt Uber for their business travel needs, to Uber Central that enables businesses to provide rides for their customers, and UberEVENTS that give businesses to ability to provide transportation to groups of people for things like conferences, and recruiting.  

 

To accomplish these goals, we're looking for a online advertising rock star to help grow the demand for Uber for Business and help us scalable paid acquisition channels to get there. As member of Uber for Business marketing team, the right person will be comfortable in an an environment requiring flexibility and initiative, able to operate and coordinate across multiple teams, and can thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment.

 

What You'll Do

  • Contribute to the acquisition and growth targets for the Uber for Business marketing team by working with Product Marketing, Content, and Event managers and rebase budget and acquisition targets every quarter
  • Work the marketing managers across regional offices to review results, best practices, messaging, and strategic approach, as well as localization and creative development as needed
  • Help leverage customer insights learnings, and think creatively about how to segment, target and reach potential customers and ensure validation through testing
  • Explore new marketing channels, ad formats, and strategies while evaluating, prioritizing, and testing based on opportunity size
  • Launch, optimize, and manage the daily execution of online paid channels, with a focus on paid social channels such as Facebook and Linkedin, as well as Adwords and Display
  • Closely monitor, measure and report on acquisition marketing budget and growth through daily reporting & bid and budget optimization, and A/B testing to improve the ROI of your campaigns

 

What You'll Need:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in dedicated performance marketing, with focus on paid social  Facebook, Linkedin, and Twitter
  • Excellent analytical skills with multivariate testing experience and multi-touch attribution models
  • Familiar with CPA, CPC, CPM, ARPU and LTV
  • Ability to set goals and execute under tight deadlines
  • Experience in/around a fast-paced, growing environment is a plus - i.e. you can adapt to quick changes within both the company and mobile industry
  • An understanding of B2B marketing is a plus
