About the Role
As a Research and Insights Lead for Vietnam, you will be responsible for generating insights that push our business forward and bring customer obsession to the forefront of everything we do. From developing holistic research plans to executing projects, you will get to cover all facets of research, including: qualitative, quantitative, and advanced analytics. Some of the areas of focus include drivers, riders, other consumers, and overall stakeholders. Overall, the insights and actions taken will help our Regional Marketing team build powerful Uber experiences, in both digital and offline environments.

About the Team
As part of the larger Regional Marketing Team, our in country Marketing team is responsible for creating, implementing and managing city and country wide campaigns. Vietnam’s team uses multidisciplinary approaches to map audience behaviours to accelerate our innovation and growth. As regional collaboration is pivotal, our team is constantly working with others to implement innovative initiatives that will have the best outcome for our riders and drivers.
