Program Manager - UberEverything Product Operations role is to be the region’s champion and create tighter cadence between our product teams in HQ and our operations team within region.

Job Description



As the UberEATS Product Operations in Asia-Pacific, you will work as the thought partner and subject matter expert for ops and ensure that the UberEverything product team is considering one of its key stakeholders (ops teams) during every step of the product development process.

You will be directly responsible for driving results on some of our highest-priority objectives. You will work together with the Product and Ops orgs to identify product problems and opportunities and to prioritize then on the bug workboards and product roadmap. You will need to facilitate bi-directional communication between city ops teams and the program team related to the roll out and support of UberEverything products.



  • Extensive general operations experience
  • Project Management - are you able to keep stakeholders informed, drive actions from people across timezones, and keep the region focused towards our defined milestones?
  • Communication (to Ops, users, Product) -- Can you write a detailed product rollout instructions for our ops teams? 
  • Broad understanding of Ops and strong user empathy -- Do you have a strong command of how Ops solves problems globally and can you put yourself in someone else’s shoes and think like them?
  • Analytical chops -- Uber has data-driven decisioning making baked into its core, can you find and present relevant data to inform and support your opinion?
  • Technical aptitude -- Do you understand the product development process and technical stack enough to effectively contribute and do you have a desire to learn more?
  • Self-starter attitude—ready to seize opportunities to make an impact, even if your manager doesn’t ask you to
