Program Manager - UberEverything Product Operations role is to be the region’s champion and create tighter cadence between our product teams in HQ and our operations team within region.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As the UberEATS Product Operations in Asia-Pacific, you will work as the thought partner and subject matter expert for ops and ensure that the UberEverything product team is considering one of its key stakeholders (ops teams) during every step of the product development process.
You will be directly responsible for driving results on some of our highest-priority objectives. You will work together with the Product and Ops orgs to identify product problems and opportunities and to prioritize then on the bug workboards and product roadmap. You will need to facilitate bi-directional communication between city ops teams and the program team related to the roll out and support of UberEverything products.
