Job Description

Uber is one of the fastest growing and most talked about brands in the UK. Our mission as a team is to define our story and bring it to life in the UK.  As we enter our next chapter of growth this is a top priority for the UK business. As a result we are building an expert team that can consistently create great content. This ranges from the detail of everyday communications with the growing community of riders and partner-drivers to bigger one off campaigns.   

Your role will be to develop our editorial agenda for our key audiences - riders and drivers - as well as creating great agile content campaigns across all our owned and earned channels that help existing riders and drivers trust and love the brand.  



  • Define our editorial agenda to deliver clear, inspiring content for riders and drivers across all channels
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure that the copywriting team has clear, comprehensive briefs for new content requests ensuring the content delivered is best in class
  • Be responsible for briefing, originating and executing all content that goes out to riders and drivers via our owned channels
  • Project manage the execution and delivery of all agile campaign work, ensuring that key stakeholders are informed and the project is delivered on time.
  • Own all social media pages for Uber in the UKI
  • Work with the Insights & Research team to monitor and respond to moments that matter for the Uber brand by creating a calendar of agile content that responds to our customers needs
  • Ensure all content is bringing to life the spirit of the brand (in line with our new brand positioning) and leveraging consumer insights
  • Raise the bar on content creation at Uber by iterating on tone of voice guidelines
  • Refine and iterate and the quality of our communications by reviewing engagement rates and qualitative feedback to continually raise the bar on content.
