UberEATS is the food delivery platform developed by Uber. We use Uber’s world-class technology to change the way people experience food delivery. About The Role

 

This role is responsible for managing the global UberEATS blog and delivering cross-channel content campaigns that will live across our ecosystem of owned channels. As a Content + Editorial Strategist, you will create global, scalable stories and frameworks for the UberEATS blog and help develop content campaigns - from conception to execution - that deliver measurable business results.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Own all facets of the UberEATS blog - this ranges from evolving our global blog strategy and working with developers on back-end improvements to crafting globally scalable storylines and working with contributors to elevate their editorial excellence
  • Build, maintain and execute against a global editorial calendar that supports the brand narrative and leverages company milestones, seasonal trends, pop culture moments and beyond
  • Support development of messaging and assets - including video, infographics and beyond - that support the global editorial calendar
  • Build a scalable content marketing engine that balances brand, quality, customer needs and acquisition
  • Pilot innovative ways to tell the UberEATS story across our ecosystem of channels
  • Measure and report on the impact of content across the full funnel
  • Analyze content performance and use insights to produce better content
  • Develop and maintain brand voice and brand style guide
  • Work highly collaboratively with SEO and share measurable KPIs for organic traffic generation

 

Requirements

 

  • Minimum 4 years content marketing experience
  • Exceptional writing skills with strong attention to detail, grammar, and tone
  • Experience working cross-functionally with an array of internal teams
  • Creative outlook with inspired brand content idea

 

Preferred Qualifications

 

  • Lover of great food and culinary cultures
  • Elevated sense of humor, writing skills infused with wit and charm
  • Flexible, with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Copywriting experience is a plus
