Job Description

We are seeking a sharp, personable, highly-organised Operations Coordinator to support the city team as we continue to grow our presence. What You'll Do

  • Work closely with the driver operations and other functional teams to execute projects E.g. Ensuring smooth rider pick-ups, making sure we have a smooth process for getting driver-partners signed up with Uber, etc.
  • Be a process master - implement, innovate and iterate to ensure maximum productivity across processes that you own
  • Be customer-obsessed. At Uber, we’re all about ensuring a 5-star experience for both our driver-partners and riders - so acting on observations and feedback to improve our processes is key.
  • Be the face of Uber when interacting with external partners, including driver-partners, vendors and clients

 

What You’ll Need

  • 1 year experience. In lieu of degree, 4 years of work experience would be required
  • Degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
  • Great organizational skills with great follow through on tasks
  • Enthusiastic and can-do attitude. Willing to be flexible and take on challenging tasks
  • Strong communicator
