Job Description

We are looking for a Regional Operations Manager to be our courier operations tea. Through analysis, process development, and experimentation, this person will work with in-city operations teams and other regional stakeholders, aim for an optimal blend of efficiency, quality, and partner satisfaction across UberEATS’ network of delivery partners in all our existing and soon-to-launch markets. The role involves working closely with city, Product, Legal, HQ/Regional CRM, BD and CommOps teams to improve engagement and roll out regional initiatives related to courier partners..




  • Efficiency. Using your analytics expertise to shape courier pricing &  courier incentive strategy.
  • Quality and Reliability. Ensure the highest quality standards are respected on the platform across the region and design, execute and maintain processes/system allowing them to improve over time. Your initiatives should also be geared towards ensuring reliability from our delivery partners, greatly affect the overall experience of customers who use the UberEATS app.
  • Collection of Feedback and Strategy. Through quantitative and qualitative means, you will be the voice of delivery partners on the system, then playing a crucial role in driving the organization’s overall strategy to maintain partner satisfaction while at the same time fulfilling our business needs.
  • Engage. Using your findings and analysis on delivery partner patterns and behaviors, you will develop campaigns and programs aimed at managing churn and encouraging loyalty.
  • Educate. Help our partners learn how to use our system and get the most out of the Uber platform.
  • Scale. Your work will have a regional scope, meaning project management and dealing with multiple stakeholders will be at the foundation of all you do.
  • Product. Become the Regional POC for relevant HQ product teams to proactively search for new features which could improve existing supply KPIs across the region by presenting data driven cases for changes.

  • A customer-obsessed mindset that allows you to wear multiple hats and put yourself in the shoes of our partners in the business.
  • Excellent prioritization skills and ability to juggle many responsibilities at once, adept at weighing importance of quick wins vs. long-term progress.
  • Demonstrated experience interpreting and presenting data to various audiences; ability to translate quantitative findings into action plans.
  • Ability to take initiative in a constantly-changing work environment.
  • SQL required.
  • Willingness to travel across EMEA when required.
  • Fluent in English
