Job Description

About the Role


Come scale our global marketing efforts! You'll be responsible for ensuring that our marketing managers and advertising partners use the best in-class tracking technology, marketing tools and systems to maximize the Return on Investment (ROI) on marketing spend.

In addition, you’ll guide the direction of the growth, strategy and execution of advertising operations for Uber’s fast growing marketing team.


What You’ll Do


  • Integration with Facebook for Campaign deployment, optimization and targeting
  • Use data to ship adtech products that translate into scalable and global business impact
  • Drive cross-functional team to set qualitative objectives and quantitative goals
  • Drive innovation, definition, deliverables planning (roadmap) and design of entirely new Uber products and product features to deliver against team and company goals
  • Clearly communicate plans, insights, data and results to a spectrum of audiences including executives, other product teams, cross-functional teams such as marketing, operations, finance and other decision-makers across Uber
  • Monitor and measure launched products and feed insights back into product development process
  • Evangelize products within global organizations including marketing, ops, finance, and ultimately deploy and maintain the product
  • Ensure the AdTech team's mission and objectives of your specific team factor into the company strategy


What You’ll Need

  • An understanding of AdTech stack and ability to make buy, build decision for AdTech tools
  • Minimum of 8 years of overall experience working within marketing tech or marketing ops or data analyst or data operations or media buyer
  • Minimum of 4 years of adtech or marketing tech product experience
