In this role, you will shape the partner co-marketing initiatives and campaigns, that make UberEATS an unbeatable food delivery experience.

Who are we? Be a part of an agile, get things done UberEATS Marketing team in our Western European Region, that cares the most about doing the right thing for our customers and gets results. Our Western European region comprises Amsterdam, Madrid, Milan, Stockholm, Vienna and Warsaw. The lead will be mainly interacting with major partners in English, German or potentially Spanish, so it’s great if you speak at least 2 of these languages.

In EMEA, UberEATS is already in 12 countries and 40+ cities and is looking to further expand its footprint in the region.

We are looking for a strong sub-regional Partner Marketing Manager who has experience working with partners to develop creative, results-driving, co-marketing activations.




  • Partner with EMEA partnership lead to develop a list of targeted partners in the sub-region aligned to our Regional strategy
  • Develop partner give/get value propositions, driving partner satisfaction and business impact
  • Create and launch effective local partner co-marketing campaign, leveraging partner, owned, paid and earned media
  • Maximize partner contribution to our marketing



  • Customer driven thinking - biased to research and data and curious
  • Experience running partner co-marketing campaigns
  • Able to define and track partner co-marketing KPIs
  • Experience maximizing internal and partner budget spend
  • A natural team player, with a strong track record of cross-functional leadership and partnership
  • Mature person, capable of dealing with changing timelines and influencing partners
  • Comfortable with challenging problems, in very competitive markets / industries
  • Patient but influential - can balance time it takes to land a deal with the need to find near term opportunities
  • Superb writing and communication skills
