About the Role


Uber is evolving the way we move around the world, and by seamlessly connecting consumers to businesses through our apps, we make cities more accessible. With UberEATS, we’re building Uber’s newest and fastest growing business, spanning 60 cities across all six continents in just over a year. Today, UberEATS is available in over 10 Australian and New Zealand cities -- and we’re just getting started.

The SMB Account Executive role the opportunity to be part of building a strong and thriving eco-system of restaurant partners for UberEATS - a critical foundation of our business. We are looking for individuals with excellent problem solving skills, passion for working with customers, teamwork and drive to succeed.


What You’ll Do

  • Source and build partnerships with Australia & New Zealand based restaurant groups interested in UberEATS.
  • Bring new businesses onto the platform and set them up for a successful experience 
  • Manage a pipeline of deals and exceed a sales quota
  • Communicate the value of UberEATS and its newest products to prospective partners
  • Drive projects to lift the efficiency, capability and success of the Sales function across Australia & New Zealand
  • Act as an ambassador of UberEATS mission, brand, and product in conversations engaging potential restaurant partners
  • Be the gateway for restaurant partners to grow their businesses and build strong foundational relationships
  • Manage a sales territory and leverage internal tools and processes to increase productivity and elevate the restaurant experience
  • Help your team identify and build best practices, work cross-functionally to scale process
  • Partner with our onboarding teams to smoothly activate the best restaurants in ANZ
  • Contribute to an incredible culture in the ANZ Sales team

What You’ll Need


  • 0-3 years experience in sales, account management, or a similar client-facing role
  • A passion for working with customers, a customer oriented mindset
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated teamwork skills and leadership potential
  • Results orientation, positive attitude and drive
  • Strong academic background and performance
  • Australian work authorization
