About the Role
Self-driving cars have the potential to make our cities safer, more connected, and less congested. At Uber ATG, we are building the technologies and teams to bring these benefits to the world.
We’re seeking a small group of unbelievably talented and enthusiastic visionaries shape our autonomous vehicle strategy and the future of transportation. As a Biz-Ops Analyst you will drive insights into how ATG can accelerate development by modeling and optimizing our current and future business operations. You work will directly impact our product development, go to market strategy, and long term vision of Uber ATG.
What You’ll Do
Provide deep dive analysis into a wide variety of cross organizational challenges
Lead modeling and analysis efforts dedicated to optimization of specific business goals
Model current and future operational dependencies across the org
Identify and execute strategic initiatives to enable GTM and growth strategy
What You’ll Need
A deep background and proven (3+ yr) track record in analysis, strategy, finance, and/or operations modeling
World class leadership, research, analysis, and communication skills
Expert analysis - Approaches problem solving from first principles and combines the best of qualitative and quantitative decision making in an analytical framework
Master disambiguator/simplifier - Constantly pushing toward clarity and delivery
You know when to make decisions quickly with limited information, when to go deep, and can combine both approaches with good judgment
