Job Description

About the Role


The role is that of a project manager who will own a project from conception to execution and measuring results. The Project Manager is focused on problem solving and works as a consultant for the support organization where they dive in, assess the problem, provide solutions and execute them. The problems can range from rolling out a new line of business to building a rewards program.


What You’ll Do

  • Set objectives in line with your organisation or client needs, which may include scope, content, timings and budget
  • Plan work and set deadlines to meet the agreed needs
  • Select, lead and motivate your project team from both internal and external stakeholder organisations
  • Monitor the work to make sure it is on time and within budget
  • Co-ordinate the work of your project team and delegate tasks where appropriate
  • Identify and manage risks to ensure delivery is on time
  • Implement any changes throughout the process
  • Report regularly to management and the client


What You’ll Need

  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a program / project manager driving initiatives across functions, groups, and possibly organizations. Experienced in working with US based teams
  • Fiercely detail oriented and accurate
  • Not just a team builder, but an amazing team creator who can construct and leverage personal networks effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and exceptional emotional intelligence. Ability to influence and motivate people across a broad variety of job functions through your relationships.  Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
  • Highly organized. Excellent organizational skills to juggle many tasks without losing sight of the highest priority items.
  • Ability to understand complex concepts and make reasoned decisions with sometimes imperfect data.
  • Ability to manage risks and mitigate these across the program
  • Results oriented. Detail oriented. Driven. Take initiative without being asked. Creative.


Bonus Points If

  • Can speak and write >2 languages fluently
  • Knowledge of SQL queries, views, report construction
  • Experience with Six Sigma or Lean methodologies
