Job Description

About the Role

As an Acquisitions Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for growing our customer base in the Asia region.  By working with our larger team, you will get the opportunity to launch and drive multi-country marketing campaigns and implement larger scale initiatives.  With knowledge and support across all marketing channels, there is opportunity develop new strategy, create unique campaigns, and collaborate with leadership across multiple functions to help scale Uber for Business across the region.


What You'll Do

  • Launch, manage and optimize new acquisition campaigns across all channels including digital and online
  • Define quarterly acquisition goals to support the regional business plan
  • Closely monitor, measure and report on budget
  • Manage creative development and the localization processes for Uber for Business
  • Work closely with our regional Performance Marketing team and agencies to ensure best practices are implemented
  • Collaborate with our broader product and marketing teams to ensure effectiveness across all channels.

What You'll Need

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in relevant field ( acquisition marketing, digital/paid marketing).
  • Ability to independently implement and drive creative data-driven marketing campaigns.
  • Advanced Excel and excellent data visualization skills.
  • Excellent understanding of B2B buying cycle and media landscape. Understanding of core marketing and brand building concepts. Education in marketing preferred. MBA Degree preferred.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with local and international leadership
